Please note that we do not have dedicated interpretation or translation staff on-site; instead, we utilize smartphone apps to facilitate communication.
If you would like assistance with selecting eyeglass frames or require an eye examination, please select the "90-minute" appointment slot.
If you wish to try on frames or pick up your completed glasses, please select the "30-minute" appointment slot.

*If you are ordering new glasses with the same prescription as your current pair, an eye examination is not required.
*Please be aware that our eye examination service is provided only to customers who purchase frames or lenses from our store. We do not offer eye examinations to individuals who do not intend to make a purchase.

* It may take up to two weeks for your glasses to be ready.
If you are unable to visit the store to collect your glasses, we can arrange for international shipping; however, please be aware that customs duties or similar charges may apply upon receipt.
Additional shipping costs and handling fees will also apply. As we cannot process shipping requests once you have left the store, please inform us at the time of your visit and purchase if you would like your order shipped internationally.
